Robert G. Thornburgh, SIOR, CCIM, CPM About

Robert G. Thornburgh

During much of the last 2 decades, Robert Thornburgh served as the CEO at Heger Industrial, a prominent real estate firm with a 60-year legacy in the Los Angeles market. In 2017, the company merged with Kidder Mathews. The new entity retained the Kidder Mathews name and operating structure, while combining its powerful full-service platform with Heger’s respected leadership, in-depth market knowledge, relationships, and sophisticated vision for future market expansion.

As part of the merger, Robert joined the Kidder Mathews executive leadership team where today, as Regional President of Brokerage he helps drive the firm’s overall vision and strategy, continuing to expand the firm’s presence across the West Coast.

Robert also continues to maintain his existing role as President of R3 Investments, a privately owned firm headquartered in Los Angeles, focused on acquiring value-add commercial real estate in Southern California.

His highly successful and respected career stems from over 20 years of faithful service to his clients, industry, and community. He proudly holds three of the most respected designations within the Commercial Real Estate Industry – SIOR, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, and CPM, Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. This is a distinction that less than one percent of all national Commercial Real Estate practitioners hold.
